At first glance, this Sicilian red wine shines bright ruby red with a delicate garnet shimmer in the glass. It has a slightly spicy and fruity aroma of ripe red fruit. Full-bodied, balanced and richly tannic, it has a well-balanced taste. An extremely versatile wine from the slopes of the Etna volcano.

Product description

The vines for Benanti’s Etna Rosso grow on the south-eastern slopes of the Etna volcano in Sicily, called Contrada Monte Serra. The vinified Etna Rosso harmonizes perfectly with dishes with red meat and game birds. However, it is also an ideal accompaniment for mature cheeses.
